Further to R&Q's announcement on 20 October 2023 regarding the proposed Sale of Accredited to Onex Corporation, R&Q announces that it has published a shareholder circular (the "Circular") and notice of special general meeting for the purpose of proposing the vote in relation to the resolution to approve the Sale.
